Uttar Pradesh Board Result Statistics
In 2025, around 54.37 lakh students from Uttar Pradesh appeared for the UP Board exams. Out of these, 27.32 lakh students took the Class 10 (High School) exam, and 27.05 lakh students took the Class 12 (Intermediate) exam. The checking of answer sheets for both exams was finished by April 2, 2025. In 2024, 82.60% of students passed the Class 12 UP Board exams. Girls did better than boys, with 88.42% of girls passing compared to 77.78% of boys. In 2023, the pass rate for Class 12 was 75.52%. During the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021, the pass percentage was the highest ever at 97.88% because the results were based on internal assessments. For Class 10 in 2024, 89.55% of students passed. Again, girls performed better, with a pass rate of 93.40%, while 86.05% of boys passed.
